I am trying to log into RobKelley06, but it keeps logging me into RobKelley88. This account has no previous posts or anything. I need to get onto my actual account.

Hi @robkelley88

Ive had this issue recently myself! I found that I needed to clear the cookies for https://idp.login.splunk.com/ and https://login.splunk.com/ to fully get logged out, sometimes it still catches me out and I end up using a private browser window!

Please let me know how you get on and consider adding karma to this or any other answer if it has helped.
Regards

Will
