Error when entering URL in API Data Input – Preview not loading

Hello Splunk Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while configuring an API Data Input in Splunk.

When I enter the URL, instead of loading the preview, I receive the following message:

“Fetch data to see preview: click on any key to add it to exclusions

Because of this error, Splunk is unable to fetch data from the provided URL and no preview is displayed.

Based on the Cisco Prime documentation, client/device information should be retrievable using the following endpoint:

https://localhost/webacs/api/v4/data/Devices

I have configured this URL in the API request, however the call returns an error instead of the expected response.
Please let me know if any additional configuration, authentication, or headers are required.
