Why are the URL Map tiles not working and only showing the map for the Splunk native Tile?

Hi all,

I am trying to use the components "cluster map" or "custom cluster map" but not able to use others URLs for tileLayer. It is not loading the map tile. It is just showing the map for the Splunk native Tile. Even selecting the option "Open Street Map" it is not showing anything, just the markers without any background map.
