Why am I getting error "Cannot reload serverclass if DSM itself is not loaded"?

Hi All

I am facing a issue where I am not able to reload server class.
I get the following error

Cannot reload serverclass if DSM
itself is not loaded; BUG!

Can anyone help me with this?

Found that the i missed sequence in blacklist.. Hence was not allowing the reload of serverclass.
After correcting that issues got resolved
