Unable to edit serverclass.conf file as when I try to save always "Save As" pop up is coming

Finally , able to figure it out. Unlike other .conf files few need administrative privileges ( a colleague helped me ) .
Open Notepad in Administrator mode and then chose serverclass.conf using Open file menu option from notepad and it allow to be saved after edit
