Splunk web access problem

Hi,

I cannot access splunk from browser. When I try it disconnects me from ssh as well. Without restarting modem I cannot ssh again.

I tried both http and https - http://ip:8000

Though I was able to login once using http, BUT that was ALL. Port 8000 is open in firewall.

It's been two days, and still stuck.

I am sorry it was csf firewall issue. Port added to csf and it worked. Though earlier I added port to iptables directly. But somehow it didn't workout.
