Splunk Forwarder Management Host List

Is the List of Clients Displayed on the Forwarder Managment Console Synchronized with other Splunk Servers?  We have two Splunk Deployment Servers, and Cluster Manager that show the same list.  Previously the DS only showed the clients it was actively connected with.  Did this feature get added in 9.2 when the DS was updated?
