In Search Head Cluster environment Unable to share Tag created from Event Actions>Action .

On the other hand Tag created by navigating to Setting>Tags can be shared without issue.

This behavior is published under known BUg# SPL-125219:[SHC] Unable to share Tag created from Event Actions>Action.
One of the workaround to solve the problem:

1. Click on Settings -> Tags -> All unique tag objects
2. Find the tag and click on Permissions
3. Click on Save without making any modification or changes
4. Click on Permissions again and changing the permissions would now work without an error
