Restarting the Forwarder from Search Head

Hi

Is there a way to restart the Splunk Universal Forwarder from the Search head, as i dint have access to all the servers where forwarder is installed?

Hello

You can't do this. But if you are using Deployment Server, and you modify an app , eventually the forwarders from that class will be restarted. (mark the Restart option in the class)
