Multiple Deployment servers

Deployment Architecture

I have 5 regions and 1 central region.

Is it possible to have Deployment Server for each region and one master Deployment Server managing all 5 from the central region ?

Something like below,

          Master DS

/ / | \ \
DS1 DS2 DS3 DS4 DS5

Possible ? Please let me know
