I have the ability to add an Endless number of OPSEC connections to this APP. Is there a limit or suggestion to the maximum number of connections I should use ?

We have QA'd the APP to run up to 15 individual CMA's (or LEA servers). However, in most production environments, you'll want to consider reducing this number to accommodate busier Firewalls that produce an exceptional amount of log data.
