Jira Service Desk Simple Add-on: JSONDecodeError

Hello,

I've downloaded the 1026 version of this app and configured the JIRA URL, but I am unable to retrieve any projects. The error I am getting is JSONDecoderError at /opt/splunk/lib/python3.7/json/decoder.py, line 355: expecting value: line 8 column 1 (char 7).

Has anyone received this error, if so, what did you do to resolve it? FYI Removing the app and readding it does not resolve the error issue.

Likely your connectivity to JIRA is wrong, wrong credentials, credentials won't let you in, network issue etc
