Is there a way to create new indexes from Cluster Master UI which gets replicated/created on index peers?

I want to know if there is a way to create new indexes from cluster master UI which gets replicated/created to index peer nodes?
I know you can do it by ssh into the cluster master server and creating indexes.conf file under master-apps/_local/ dir.
But, I want to know if its possible to do from UI so that, if someone doesn't have SSH access to the cluster master can still do it from the UI.

Currently the new indexes can only be added through master-apps + CLI.
