Is there a Systemd file for splunk SOAR.

The problem I'm facing is I cannnot stop and start Splunk SOAR using the start and stop bash script which is available while we install the Splunk SOAR. Postgresql is giving error. When I stop SOAR, postegres is still running, so I'm unable to start the SOAR after stopping.

Can anyone give an insight about why this is happening or about the service file of Splunk SOAR
