How to remove host field from search results?

Hi guys, I needed to know that if is there any way to remove host field from the search results. Since we don't need the host field in our search results.

We are using splunk cloud and we need to configure the splunk heavy forwarder to do so can someone please help with this

@ITWhisperer  we want to remove host field from our splunk cloud . Using filter it is still there. We want to remove it permanently .
