Getting Volume Data for the deployment in Splunk MC

I am setting up Management Console in my Splunk env's and am wondering why I am unable to see volme stats on the deployment?!?! Do I need to enable telemetry on all nodes perhaps? What part of teh config am I missing?

I assume you have a multiple instance deployment of Splunk.
