No it doesn't
But some things you should keep in mind.
- While you mention the scripted input. don't mention the actual path instead use $SPLUNK_HOME environment variable. e.g. $Splunk_Home/etc/apps/your_app/bin/scripts/scrpt.bat
- When you have any scripts then make sure the command/sh/bat file has the correct path till the bin folder. Which you can't avoid.
- Other configurations in inputs/outputs/wmi/perfmon.conf paths are irrelevant. But make sure the splunk installtion folder has the required access to all the directories. i.e. the "splunkd" service should be able to access all of them.
