On the Deployment Server:

$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/system/local/serverclass.conf

which could BUT SHOULD NOT also exist other places.
On the Deployment Clients:

$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/system/local/deploymentclient.conf

which if you have a really good PS guy, will NOT exist there (the file will be elsewhere) but most architectures have it there.

The file name is deploymentclient.conf and it can be available at location $Splunk_Home/etc/system/local OR $Splunk_Home/etc/apps/ directory. It will depend how the client was configured. Best way would to run following btool command see where all you've deploymentclient.conf file and which file contains attribute targetUri

$Splunk_Home/bin/splunk cmd btool deploymentclient list --debug | grep targetUri
