want a time rollover data visulaization

Hi All,

Need a solution for this- 

data display should change every 30mins but max data display is 10 fields 

Ex- 8 - 3 (30min gap data) will show ,once 3:30 pm happen , data display change to 8:30 am-3:30pm .like wise. please suggest some solution for this .
