_time drilldown returning no events

I have found that when trying to drill down on a table where either the drilldown is set to row (where it will drilldown on the first column) and _time is the first column, or I click on _time in a table to drill down where it is set to all I am getting no events.
This appears to be a bug?

It has been confirmed that it is a bug, it has been tested in 4.2.2, 4.2.3 and 4.2.5. It has been logged and hopefully a fix will come along shortly.
