I am using the script in the dashboard and they were running fine and one day they just stop functioning and nothing has been changed why does this happens . and when i go to edit part of my dashboard this warning comes.
@SN1 Are you on Splunk Cloud or on Prem?
What is the script you are using - is it written by you or someone else.
If you edit source, what is the script you are using (see the first line of the dashboard XML script="..."
As the others say, check developer tools console to see if any errors occur.
Hi @SN1
Ultimately something somewhere has changed so we need to work out what it is! Has there definitely been no recent change to Splunk version or to your custom JS? The warning when editing the dashboard is standard due to it containing custom JS, it’s been around for the last couple of major versions at least.
are you able to share your custom JS and dashboard definition?
If you open the Developer Tools and click the console tab, are there any errors? If so please share them here and we can try and work it out.

@SN1
Any upgrade happened on Splunk or browser side?
-Open Developer Console and check for any errors.
-Also did you tried with different browsers?
