How to restrict the Application Permission in the Splunk UI. 

Eg: i just want to give the access only to the particular Application and he can see only that application. is it possible

Yes, you can apply application restrictions (under "Manage Apps") to allow/prevent a role from seeing/accessing an application.

You should note that restricting access to an App does nothing to restrict the users access to the data that the application depends on. To manage access to data in Splunk you will also need to modify the roles index permissions.
