how to make dashboard public

I am new to Splunk. I would like to know how to make dashboard public.

Is it possible to share a dashboard with users no access to Splunk, like a permalink or something?

According to the documentation, you can do it with an IFrame. See Embed Splunk dashboard elements in third-party software. There was also an earlier Answers thread about sharing a dashboard without requiring a Splunk account.
