Which configuration file is used to schedule dashboards for PDF delivery?

I want to schedule last 24hours of my dashboard graphs as pdf.
How can I do this using a conf file and also which conf file to use?

Can you please explain what this command does?
Also no where in the command do we mention the dashboard name.
So, how will this schedule an email on the dashboard?

But we need to specifically do this through code using conf files only.
