Website of Deployment Server not loading After upgrad to Splunk 10.2.0

I have upgraded the Deployment Server to version 10.2.0. However, when attempting to access the Deployment Server’s web interface, I encountered the following error message.

"The splunkd daemon cannot be reached by splunkweb. Check that there are no blocked network ports or that splunkd is still running. Click here to return to Splunk homepage."

Additionally, after reviewing the splunkd.log, I identified the following log entries:

WARN AdminManager [3144163 TcpChannelThread] - Could not find object id=postgres:do.root:

WARN HttpClientRequest [3144162 TcpChannelThread] - Returning error HTTP/1.1 502 Error connecting: Connect Timeout
WARN HttpListener [3143860 HTTPDispatch] - Socket error from 127.0.0.1:41472 while accessing /services/apps/local: Connection closed by peer

Kindly advice.
