Web Analytics/Splunk architect

I'm seeking to have Splunk implemented for Web Analytics on my servers, which hosts a number of campaign websites for my customers. I'm seeking some great advice, dashboard/apps and an architectural approach. I'm based in London, UK, but I'm comfortable in hiring, anywhere at all 🙂
