Topology Visualization

I want to visualize network between each servers.
But I could not find a visualization app like I'm looking for.

The visualization of the topology of aws' app is fairly ideal,
Is there no app that can use such a topology visualization generically?

I do not mind even the method using js or css.
If someone know about it please tell me.

The easiest way to do this is to use the AfterGlow visualization app:

Splunk has something called Glass Table view where you can build such a thing easily. But that is available only for premium products like ITSI, SIEM apps. If you haven't found what you are looking for in Splunkbase, you could try building one for yourself following this tutorial here
