The Splunk ITSI is a premium product(same like Splunk Enterprise Security), so the amount of knowledge/tips/how-to's available here on community or youtube, will be limited when comparing with the Splunk Enterprise. 
the Splunk ITSI documentations(link given on previous reply) is a good start.
