Simple XML row header?

Is there a way in Simple XML to add a header to a row? See the attached example

Well removing the br did the trick!

ok I figured out a way to get a row header of sorts, the problem is the row/panel is too tall

Here is what I added to the XML. Anyway to adjust the row/panel height?
