Service Unavailable while trying to Preview PDF of a dashboard

Hi Splunkers!

I'm getting the below message when I try to preview the PDF of a dashboard, but everything  is fine ,up and running. Can anyone please help me out?

The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Splunk is on premise or Cloud?
