I trying to create a response trend dashboard of my API's

- Current hour API's 90th percentile

- Last day same hour's 90th percentile
- Previous week same day, same hour 90th percentile

- Trend /difference
- Total Hits on the current hour

Any suggestion/ recommendation how we can put this together

i am looking for a comparison of the current hour response VS last day same hour response VS previous week same day, same hour response and display if the current hour is within or exceeding the threshold.

Looking forward for you suggestions.
