Hello, I have a app and this is its default XML

<view name="group_membership_v2"/>

<view name="SecureFolder-Report for Betriebsrat" default="true">Report for Betriebsrat</view>
<view name="SecureFolder-Report for CMA" default="true">Report for CMA</view>
<view name="SecureFolder-Report for HR" default="true">Report for HR</view>
<view name="SecureFolder-Report for IT" default="true">Report for IT</view>
<view name="SecureFolder-Report for QUE" default="true">Report for QUE</view>
<view name="SecureFolder-Report for Vorstand" default="true"> Report for Vorstand</view>

</nav>

Now from this xml ir should show 7 sections on navigation panel.

But it does not show report section , can anyone help?

@Siddharthnegi- Two things I would say to check:

1. Restart Splunk and check.
2. Use "My Reports" instead of "Reports" and check. (Do restart Splunk if you are updating the XML from backend. And ensure you are updating on the right server.)

Thank you for the reply , but that name should be "report" not "my report"

@Siddharthnegi- I'm saying not to change, change just to see if it works or not. And this will tell you if that also does not work meaning, its the issue with how you are editing the file or the file location or something like that.

I asked just to validate whether its the issue with how you are editing the file or a Splunk bug.
