Machine Learning Toolkit Outlier Chart-How do I return the points from an Outlier chart that are identified as outliers?

How do I return the points from an Outlier chart that are identified as outliers?  Specifically, I'm looking for the times that the outliers happen.  I need to do some secondary querying at those times only.
