Is there any App which can run my dashboards in real time so that I can display it on a TV/projector?
my dashboard should refresh every time, it should not be static all the time.

If you are asking how one may automatically refresh a dashboard, there is a setting you can configure in the dashboard itself, where you can specify the interval:
