Is there a way that i can sow all the values that show up in red in the page below to highlight on top of the page?

I have multiple tables on a dashboard. Is there a way that i can sow all the values that show up in red in the page below to highlight on top of the page ?

There is no way to filter results based on the display color (that I know of).  The top of the page would have to replicate the search(es) used below (or use post-processing) with additional logic to show only the "red" values.  Another option is for the lower queries to set tokens the upper query could use.
