Is it possible to send Splunk dashboard content ( Tables & charts) in email as inline not as pdf or snapshot attachments ? Is there any advanced xml setting available to attain this in Splunk 6.0.1

I don't think there is anything in advanced XML that would give you this capability. Scheduling a PDF file for email delivery is the closest feature to what you describe. The embedded reports feature of Splunk Enterprise 6.1 requires an HTML-based web page.
