I need to share a Dashboard

I have created a Dashboard and a Dashboard Studio that I want to share with my colleagues. I cannot see any button like "Edit permissions" for which I believe I need the roles "power or admin" according to the guide https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.0.5/Viz/DashboardPermissions . I cannot find where to apply for it and I am following the guide: https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.2/manage-splunk...e-and-manage-roles-with-splunk-web. When I go to Settings there is no "Roles" option.

You should look at the permissions for your specific dashboard

Unfortunately I cannot see it. From the dashboard page:

Who owns the dashboard? Which user are you logged in as?

I am the owner and I am also logged in with my account

Try creating your own app and save your dashboard there

Hi @maiteosaba 

It looks like this is a permissions issue and you do not have the relevant permissions to the app which you are wanting to share the dashboard in. 

Please speak to your Splunk admins and ask that you are given the relevant access so you can share your dashboards within the app.

Right now seems like my dashboards are in app "search". 

Do you happen to know how to get access inside this app?
