How to use bootstrap in Splunk app develop

I am trying develop a react application in Splunk and i want to import bootstrap for use bootstrap grid classes. or is any other similar library i can use?

The app is created using @splunk/create (Splunk UI tool - https://splunkui.splunk.com/Packages/)
