Hi Splunkers ,
Query :- I have a use case in which we need to display the splunk dashboard on some screen for 8+ hours constantly

Splunk authentication method :- we are using SSO authentication for login

Splunk architecture :- 3 indexer one search head one deployment server and one cluster master

Solution Tried :- used refresh tag in dashboard, tried creating a new user which logins without SSO

Note :- we can't use splunk TV in this usecase

Any help would be appreciated

If I have understood well your question, changing the in Server Settings > General Settings and Session timeout setting to the number of hours you need it to be up and saving it will make it.
