How to insert a fixed list in a dashboard with better view like in a tabular format?

I'm trying to provide some tabulated fixed description on my Dashboard but I'm not sure how to insert a 2X2 table like below

HOST TYPE
A XX
B YY

Current XML I have is as below which gives me some listed information.

Could anyone suggest a better xml format with better customization to display them in tabullar format?

You can run a search with table visualization. Your search will generate your static data like this
Updated- fixed typo in TYPE regex

| makeresults | eval temp="A,XX#B,YY" | makemv temp delim="#" | mvexpand temp | rex field=temp "(?<HOST>.+),(?<TYPE>.+)"
| table HOST TYPE

I mistyped regex for TYPE field. Corrected now. Try again.
