How to format the layout of a Simple XML form with one radio input and 9 text inputs?

I have a form with one radio input and 9 text inputs.

I would like to arrange these for easier reading. I would like to put dividers in between the radio and the text boxes and then put only about three text boxes on each line.

Also, I would like to put the label on the left side of the text box rather than on top of the text box.

Is there another forum for developer questions or is this the right place to ask this question?

Thanks much

This is probably not yet achievable using Simple XML but requires that you convert the dashboard to HTLM/CSS using the Splunk Web Framework.

Another solution might be to consider implementing the SideView Utils app.
