for my knowledge it isn't possible an unauthenticated access, you can create a guest users thet can access only this dashboard but you cannot avoid authentication.

You can create a report from your dashboard and embed it in an html frame.

It's indeed not possible and there is a good reason for this. Dashboard is something that is mostly done on the client's side (in your browser) and is only populated with data from searches spawned within your browsing session. So in order to let someone "run" a dashboard you need to let him search your data and that's not something you want to allow for an unauthenticated user.

what do you mean with "export"?

In the custom dashboards, you have the button "Export" and you can export in pdf or schedule the pdf delivery.
