How to draw a cross on Splunk?

I was wondering how to draw a cross , zoom in , zoom out ... visualize you data - no need to drilldown just a vertical line that represent a date with an horizontal line that represent a threshold. I was able to draw the horizontal line and now i'm looking for a vertical line
