How to disable "Create New Dashboard" button in Splunk 6.5?

I've installed Splunk 6.5 and still can't find the appropriate role permission to disable it?

I can't find the same path and dashboardpage.js is different now... thanks.

Solved : C:\Program Files\Splunk\share\splunk\search_mrsparkle\exposed\build\pages\enterprise\dashboards.js

It should be possible through the permissions, why giving access to that feature for end users?
