How to create dashboards from application log

Hello there, team!

I'm hoping someone can assist me with this requirement or confirm whether a solution exists .
I need to filter specific log types and construct "Real-time" dashboards from them. Is there a service that can assist me with this? The dashboard should be able to be viewed in real time and should be self-contained once set up.

I'm hoping for the team's expertise to come through and present me with a solution as soon as feasible.

Hi @rajuinbang48,

did you already followed the starting training in Splunk?

If not I hint to follow at least the Search Tutorial (https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.2.5/SearchTutorial/WelcometotheSearchTutorial) and the free courses (https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/free-courses/overview.html?locale=en_us).

Then you can find many videon on the Splunk Channel on YouTube.

In all those documentation and videos there's all you need to create a search (all in Splunk starts with a search) and, using your search, create a dashboard.

In addition, do you know how to ingest logs?

if not, you should find some video and see at https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.2.5/Data/WhatSplunkcanmonitor .

At least, I hint to follow a Splunk training for User, Power User and Admin.

Ciao.

Giuseppe
