How to change font-color instead of background color using colorpallette?

I have a dashboard with positive and negative values. I contains the difference with the month before. I want the fonts color green if value is negative and red if positive.

I've come to this:

<format type="color" field="verschil tov vorige maand">
<colorPalette type="expression">if (like(value,"%-%"),"#0E9421","#EC6521")</colorPalette>
</format>

but this is changing the background color and I want to change the font color.

Any idea if it is possible to change the font-color in a similar way?
