How to add link in drilldown to go to another panel in same dashboard, just like HTML internal linking

Hi,

 I am trying to link different panels in the same dashboard i.e. when I click the panel on top of the dashboard the drilldown should automatically take me to that panel below in that same dashboard, just like how internal HTML linking works.

in which you can find the "In-page Drilldown with Perma-Linking" dashboard, an example of your need.

@gcusello I need to just shift from panel on the top to panel in the bottom without any data being passed from tokens. Is it possible ?
