How to add .js and .css files in my dashboard in order to display colored cells?

I have a requirement to color cells based on conditions, for that i added .js and .css files in form tag of dashboard as

form script="artalert.js" stylesheet="artalert_decorations.css"

and place the corresponding .js and .css files under \appserver\static folder.

But after adding files into folders, my dashboard shows as "waiting for queue job .." but earlier it was working as expected.

I am doing this in a Splunk Cloud environment. Please suggest how to display my dashboard with colored cells.

Splunk 6.5 lets you color cells without having to modify CSS files. See http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/SplunkCloud/6.5.1/Viz/TableFormatsFormatting
