How do you use tool tip with a leaflet map?

I am using a tool tip in a leaflet map to show call details. In statistics, if the count is 6 or 14 on the map, it should 6 or 14 circles but there are more circles on the map than 6 or 14 and also the value that is getting passed in tool tip is sometimes a different value.

Can someone help me fix this issue. (might be I am not putting it in proper words, sorry about that)

I do have the same requirement . but the way is to use define the circleradius ,circleweight ,etc in the marker type .
