How do I fix my JavaScript cache issue to have my Splunk dashboard use the new js file?

dvg06
Path Finder

Splunk dashboard is using js from
/en-US/static/@271043.15:1438207159/app/my-app-name/table_icons_inline_modified.js
but I wanted to use
/en-US/static/app/my-app-name/table_icons_inline_modified.js
since the former one seems to be an old copy of the file which is cached somewhere. I tried to clear browser cache and restarted Splunk, but no joy. Can someone help please?

There is a little known url that can help you break the cache.

https://<yoursplunk>/en-US/_bump

Navigate here, and click the button. This will update the url to be:

/en-US/static/@271043.16/app/my-app-name/table_icons_inline_modified.js

If the js doesn't change, then it is not changed in the filesystem. the @271043.16 refers to the Splunk Build, and then the bump number after that.
